A Message from 4th Ward Alderman Kevin Frost:
It has been an honor to serve as your Alderman in the 4th Ward of Rockford. My service to my community is rewarding. I appreciate your continued support. Solving problems, representing constituents, keeping our area safe, and holding the line on taxes are essential to serving you and your families. I have applied my educational background, my work experience, and my knowledge of our City to work on the issues that the 4th Ward and the entire Rockford community each and every day.
I have decided to run for another term because I feel that there is more to do and that experience is needed on the council now more than ever. As Rockford moves into the post-pandemic phase, there will be many issues that we will have to deal with including getting businesses back on their feet and ensuring a return to some normalcy.
The Mayor has appointed me to three committees; Finance and Personnel, Codes and Regulations, and Legislative and Lobbying. I am the Chairman of both Finance and Personnel and Legislative and Lobbying and serve as Vice-Chairman of Codes and Regulations. I am honored by the confidence that the entire City has been placed in me.
I hope that I have earned your vote in this upcoming election of April 6th. The first day to vote by mail or in person is February 25th. Your vote and your support are important to me and with your help I will continue to serve you for the next four years.
